The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty (with the exception of the costs of return, which will be at his charge) and without specifying the reason, no later than the deadline of fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the product and / or products purchased.
The date stated on the delivery note is fully proof of the date of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal it will be sufficient for the customer to send Texturit any explicit communication of withdrawal by e-mail to info@texturit.com. The e-mail must necessarily come from the same e-mail address communicated by the customer during registration to the site. In this case Texturit will send the client without delay a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal so exercised.
Whether the product has already been delivered or if, as a result of the shipment already taken, it will be delivered to the customer after the withdrawal exercise, the customer is required to return it to Texturit to the address: Emanuele Saracino, Via della campagna, 2 – 40127, Bologna.
To that end
– the deadline for the return of the product is fourteen days from the day of receipt of the product; The date shown on the delivery document is full proof. For the purposes of expiry of the deadline, the deadline is met if the customer sends back the product before the expiry of the fourteen days.
– the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
– The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer, who must send the product properly packed and packaged; the customer must also insert the original packaging inside the box, any instruction manuals and / or instructions included in the original packaging and a copy of the delivery document. Texturit will not accept damaged returns or packaging that is not intact or without the foregoing. In this case Texturit will not make any refund and the goods will be available to the customer for a maximum of 5 days, after which Texturit will not respond in any way to the relative custody.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal Texturit will refund the customer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the product returned within twenty days from the day on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw and, however, only after receiving the product in return. The reimbursement, however, may be suspended without prior notice from Texturit until receipt of the returned product by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the product resulting from a handling of the same different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.
