Delivery time
The processing of the ordered products will start when the payment is received. Since Texturit products are all handicrafted, the standard timings are about 7/20 working days from receipt of order. For orders with many products, the timing may be higher (although we are committed to falling within standard times). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and pre-holidays. If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after confirmation of receipt of the transfer through our bank. We ask in this case to send the receipt of the transfer by e-mail to info@texturit.com

Receipt of goods
When ordering, we invite you to check in the presence of the carrier
a) that the number of packages (parcels) indicated on the letter of the carrier corresponds to that delivered;
b) that the quantity and type of products ordered correspond to what indicated in the transport document;
c) that the packaging used for transport is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even only in the closing materials.
d) that the quantity and type of products delivered corresponds to the order. Any anomalies or discrepancies must be immediately notified to the carrier upon receipt of the products, by means of their indication in the delivery note, otherwise the warranty will be rendered inoperative and reported by e-mail to the address info@texturit.com
